THE FALL LINE – 2145 meters descent and 14,5 km of pure trail enjoyment
This alpine single trail with its breathtaking panoramic views of Aletsch glacier, the famous Matterhorn, Weisshorn, Dom and other 4’000 m peaks starts on around 2800 m a.s.l.
It begins with a flow trail ride through incredible alpine terrain. After various stops for pictures followed by the Alp's best Nussgipfel (local delicacy nut crescent) the trail will lead us through an ancient coniferous forest with steep and technically challenging sections. Following the technical parts, the forest trail merges with the newly created Häxu trail. The Häxu trail lets us enjoy the full centrifugal force experience through its flowy lines, frequent banked curves and jumps. While turning steeper and rougher in the following section, it never loses its enjoyable flow.
Riding the historical maulers trail all the way down to Naters on 675 m a.s.l. is pure downhill joy. The Fall Line is one of Valais' most spectacular, divers and longest downhill single trails and also Trail Goat's guiding highlight 2021.

Additional costs:
To shorten the ascent we use public transport on our tours. On day and multiple day tours catering is provided in restaurants and alpine huts. We use the accommodation of alpine huts and hotels for overnight stays on multiple day tours. These services are not included in the offers from Trail Goat tours and have to be added separately.
